DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order confirmation.
For custom or bulk orders, delivery may take 10-14 business days.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Lahore: Free delivery on all orders above PKR 10,000.
Other cities: Delivery charges will be calculated based on location and order size and confirmed at the time of order.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm delivery details and charges.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver across Pakistan. If your area is not currently serviceable, our team will contact you with alternative arrangements.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In case you receive a damaged product, please inform the delivery personnel immediately. You may also contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Damage or defect will be assessed within 1-2 days and an appropriate solution will be provided.
