1.2. PLEASE READ THESE SUPPLY TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS OR AVAILING ANY SERVICES ON THE WEBSITE. ANY PURCHASE MADE BY YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE SUPPLY TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE SAME.

2.1. The Website is a platform for online sale of furniture and home decor merchandise (“Products”) and allied services (“Services”) offered by Wood & Wood. All Products are manufactured and sold under the brand “Wood & Wood”. Wood & Wood also delivers the Products to you directly or through its authorized partners.

2.2. Wood & Wood has the right to change or discontinue any Products and Services at any time, without notice. Wood & Wood may add or modify the procedures, modes, processes or conditions of purchase at any time.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1. Wood & Wood sells a variety of premium furniture Products including office chairs, tables, beds, sofas, and home furniture. Services such as shipping and delivery shall be per Wood & Wood’s policy, which may be changed from time to time.

SERVICES

4.1. You should take all responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the Products and Services on the Website. Wood & Wood shall not be liable for any such action or consequence thereof.

4.2. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from purchasing Products or receiving Services under the laws applicable in Pakistan.

PRICING INFORMATION

5.1. All pricing information relating to Products shall be as displayed on the Website at the time of your purchase/order. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.2. Wood & Wood does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest for similar products within any given locality, city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5.3. While Wood & Wood strives to provide accurate pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price, Wood & Wood will have the right to modify the price and contact you via email or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT DETAILS

6.1. You may be required to provide your credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways while making payment. You agree to provide valid, correct and accurate payment details. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your payment details. Wood & Wood expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your payment details.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT

7.1. Wood & Wood delivers across Pakistan. Your shipping address will be verified before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your area is not serviceable, we will request you to provide an alternate shipping address.

7.2. In case you book multiple orders in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CANCELLATIONS:

8.1. Cancellation prior to delivery — You can cancel your order at any time prior to its delivery. For cancellation requests please contact us at +92 301 4718876 or email info@woodandwood.pk. Any advance paid will be refunded as per Wood & Wood’s refunds policy.

8.2. Cancellation at the time of delivery — In case you are unhappy with a Product, you may return the same on the spot at the time of delivery.

8.3. Cancellation after delivery — Products once delivered cannot be returned.

8.4. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.

8.5. In case you receive a damaged Product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. Damage or defect will be assessed within 1-2 days and a solution will be offered. If the Product is found defective, it may be replaced or repaired as deemed appropriate by Wood & Wood.

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS:

8.6. If you receive a damaged or defective Product, or a Product that does not comply with the specifications of your original order, you can return it on the spot at the time of delivery. No requests for return will be accepted post-delivery.

REFUNDS:

8.7. If you are eligible for a refund, the following guidelines apply:

a) All refund processes shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your premises.

b) Refunds for orders paid online or via credit/debit card will be processed within 7-10 working days and refunded to the same payment method.

c) Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be initiated within 4-6 working days and credited to your bank account.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

9.1. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order confirmation. For custom or bulk orders, delivery may take 10-14 business days.

9.2. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order based on your location.

9.3. Wood & Wood does not provide After Sales Service where sales have been made to business or corporate offices unless agreed separately.

9.4. The prices on the Website are subject to price fluctuations due to various factors. Once an order is placed, you will be liable to pay the amount displayed on the date of the order.

WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

10.1. Please note the standard warranties and conditions for usage of Products. No claim that is contrary to the above or where Products have been used contrary to conditions of usage will be entertained.

GOVERNING LAW

11.1. These Supply Terms and the relationship between you and Wood & Wood shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

11.2. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with these Supply Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore and you hereby accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

12.1. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

12.2. You shall ensure that the account information provided by you is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
