All products are manufactured and sold under the brand “Wood & Wood”. Wood & Wood also delivers the products to you directly or through its authorized partners.

Wood & Wood sells a variety of premium furniture products including office chairs, tables, beds, sofas and home furniture. Services such as shipping and delivery shall be per Wood & Wood’s policy, which may be changed from time to time.
You take full responsibility for your own actions in utilizing the products and services on the website; Wood & Wood shall not be liable for any such action or consequence thereof. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from purchasing products or receiving services under the laws applicable in Pakistan.

3. Pricing Information
All pricing information relating to products shall be as displayed on the website at the time of your purchase/order. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Wood & Wood does not guarantee that the price will be the lowest for similar products within any given locality, city, region or geography, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Wood & Wood reserves the right to modify the price and contact you via email, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

You may be required to provide your credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways while making payment. You agree to provide valid, correct and accurate payment details, and you will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your payment details. Wood & Wood expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your payment details.
5. Delivery of the Product
Wood & Wood delivers across Pakistan. Your shipping address will be verified before you proceed to pay for your purchase; if your area is not serviceable, we will request an alternate shipping address.
In case you book multiple orders in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together, though this may not always be possible.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation prior to delivery: You can cancel your order at any time prior to its delivery by contacting us at +92 301 4718876 or info@woodandwood.pk. Any advance paid will be refunded as per Wood & Wood’s refunds policy.
Cancellation at the time of delivery: If you are unhappy with a product, you may return it on the spot at the time of delivery.
Cancellation after delivery: Products once delivered cannot be returned. Items bought on discount during sale are not eligible for cancellation after delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify the delivery personnel immediately. The damage or defect will be assessed within 1-2 days and a solution offered — replacement or repair, as deemed appropriate by Wood & Wood.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or one that does not comply with your original order, you can return it on the spot at the time of delivery. No requests for return will be accepted post-delivery.
Refund guidelines: All refund processes are subject to pick-up of all cancelled items from your premises. Refunds for orders paid online or via credit/debit card will be processed within 7-10 working days to the same payment method. Refunds for orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be initiated within 4-6 working days and credited to your bank account.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after order confirmation; custom or bulk orders may take 10-14 business days. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order based on your location.
Wood & Wood does not provide After Sales Service where sales have been made to business or corporate offices, unless agreed separately. Prices on the website are subject to fluctuation; once an order is placed, you will be liable to pay the amount displayed on the date of the order.

9. Warranties & Claims
Please note the standard warranties and conditions for usage of products. No claim contrary to the above, or where products have been used contrary to conditions of usage, will be entertained.

These Supply Terms and the relationship between you and Wood & Wood shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with these Supply Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lahore, and you hereby accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You shall ensure that the account information you provide is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
